How do I order?

The first step to placing an order requires that you verify your age using the registration form found at https://nunabis.com/register

How long does it take to get my order?

Short answer: Rankin Inlet – Same Day and Kivalliq Communities – Next Day

We ship daily to all Kivalliq Communities via Priority Air Cargo. If your order has been made and payment has been successfully processed prior to 9pm, your order will be shipped on the following day’s flight at priority level service.

If ordering from Rankin Inlet, we deliver to the Canada Post Office multiple times per day. These packages are shipped Xpresspost. If you’re in Rankin Inlet, you may be able to receive orders the same day.

What secure payment methods do you accept?

We accept INTERAC email money transfers. Please see the checkout section for detailed info on our accepted methods of payment. We have staff standing by to make sure that your e-transfer payment is correctly applied to your order. We use the name on your Nunabis account and the name registered to your e-transfer in order to match payments to the correct account. If there is a discrepancy between the two, be sure to contact us by email or text.

Do you accept refunds?

Generally, we do not offer returns or refunds on our consumable products. Under certain circumstances, we may offer a refund or exchange on general merchandise items if there is a defect or error in workmanship. All returns and refunds will be approved on a case by case basis. If you would like to discuss a return or refund please email us at hi@nunabis.com

What are the product equivalencies?

The Cannabis Act allows for a maximum of 30g of dried cannabis (or its equivalent) to be purchased at any given time. Please refer to the equivalency table below. Our shopping cart automatically takes these figures into account during the checkout process. If your cart contains in excess of the 30g equivalent, you will receive a message to review your order before you are able to proceed.
